The PLUTO Method

About Us

The PLUTO Method is our answer to what balance should actually feel like:

Movement that challenges but is designed around joy. Food that’s delicious but doesn’t have to be ‘earned’ first. Rest as well as recovery that’s essential, not forgotten or disregarded.

It started with something we kept seeing around us: People who are very good at pushing themselves, but not always as good at knowing when not to.

Another hard workout gets added. Food becomes something to optimise. Rest is squeezed in once everything else is done.

We don’t believe that’s what performance has to look like.

Testing limits and taking care of the body were never supposed to be opposites. Hard training works better with proper recovery. Food can be protein-rich and nourishing while still being generous, indulgent, and genuinely delicious. And slowing down doesn’t undo the work – it’s part of it.

That idea of challenging what’s familiar and finding a different way forward is also how PLUTO was born: The outermost planet in our solar system, Pluto has long symbolised power, transformation, renewal and rebirth. For us, it represents the idea that performance can evolve too – without losing the ambition behind it.

That’s why every PLUTO experience gives movement, food and rest the same amount of care.

There’s real movement, programmed by Hermione, a professional athlete and coach who knows when to push and when to recover. Chef-driven, seasonal food comes from Sara. And Carmen brings it all together, shaping the wider PLUTO experience through space, stories and community.

And then there’s the part that makes it PLUTO: all of it happens together.

The run ends around a table. The workout turns into a long afternoon. The conversations continue over pasta and wine. People arrive for the experience and often leave with new friends.

Whether it’s a Snack Run in Berlin or a few days away, the principle stays the same:

Sweat, eat, retreat.
